I had an absolutely fantastic sports massage and dry needling treatment with Anna! It made such a difference to my tight calves, and I felt so much better afterwards. Anna was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and made the whole experience feel really comfortable and relaxing. I couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be returning soon!

I had the 30 minute sports massage with dry needling which was so relaxing! Anna made me feel really comfortable and worked on a problem area on my back which was fab! I will definitely be back for other aches and pains.
